Great stay at waterside, lovely cosy, comfortable caravan. Good communication with host, very helpful. Everything you could need and spotlessly clean. In a great position to get on the beach and can walk right into the centre of cleethorpes.

We absolutely fell in love with this property, the sea view was exactly that. The rooms were spacious and the decor fresh & bright. It’s was perfectly clean and with everything needed in each room. The beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding. The children loved their attic room. Blackout blinds throughout and very peaceful. WiFi and the large TV kept the children entertained, but I was happiest sitting with a little drink in the bay window listening to music with my love, watching the sea roll in and people pass by. Lovely large bath (I’m 5’8) and separate shower. Toiletries and towels were provided and good quality. We absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to return! Already booked and looking forward to it! Minutes from the beach, half mile walk to the town, parking was available for free on the street in front of the property or the side streets.

Hot tub was lovely and really makes you feel somewhere far away from home under a blue sky. The place itself was so nice, decor was great, it had a really modern, clean and relaxing feel and everything was clearly well taken care of. The bed was so comfortable. Amazing to have the dogs with us and we had such a nice time and only wish we had booked a little longer. Communication was top notch with Sam and we had everything we needed at hand including the little things like hand soap and seasoning etc. We will def stay again.
