Property was a great period property with amazing views over the town and Ventnor bay. At dusk bats flew around the garden and the sounds of the sea and sea birds have a really relaxing holiday feel. Beds were comfortable, all facilities we needed and plenty of space for big family group. Ample parking and close to local shops for picking up essentials. Great base for exploring the island.

    Loved the North facing balcony as we were there in heatwave. Great view of the sea, and you could see sunrise and sunset from the same spot. Short walk down the zigzag path to get to the beach or along the road to Northwood House. Zac was very accommodating setting a breakfast table in the lounge so we could bring the poodle. Much appreciated, thanks.

    Dan is a very friendly host. He made us feel at home. Bedrooms are very confortable. All is super clean! We loved staying there with our 2 kids after having cycled around Isle of Wight. We loved the location too, only a few steps to the seaside. Dan gave us good tips for a very nice pub at sunset and for restaurants. We would definitely come back in the future!

    We loved the location right on the beachside, and all facilities were well thought through. It was great having access to the beach to swim, and to enjoy the fire pit in the evening. The chalet was clean and everything was to a high speculation. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing break.

    The bedroom and bathroom were lovely. They were very clean and both felt very luxurious and comfortable. The location of the property was also great, being practically on the beach. It also had a lovely garden. Dan was a great host and made us feel very welcome - he was good company but didn’t intrude at all. Overall, a great stay and we will certainly stay again if we visit the Isle of Wight again.
