I had a truly wonderful 5-day stay at The Moorings. From the moment I arrived, Iselin and her team made me feel incredibly well cared for. There was a small issue with my room at check-in, but it was resolved immediately and with such kindness and efficiency. It really showed how much they care about the quality of the guest experience. The whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully done: tasteful, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The location is also exceptional. Just steps from a peaceful park and a stunning beach, perfect for long walks, and close to the quay where you can take a refreshing dip at any time. It’s also easy to get around. I used the local buses without any trouble, and taxis were always available. The food is excellent, and the oyster happy hour is a definite highlight. All in all, a fantastic stay. I’d love to return. Thank you for everything.

Everything in this hotel is super. Good room with comfortable beds and amazing views of the surroundings. Super clean and excellent service (water, cookies, coffee, thee etc). The best breakfast ever with continental as well as cooked options. The best croissants you will ever taste. Unbelievably friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant food is very high quality. Hotel is on the beach and surrounded by excellent other dining places. We will be back for sure!

The location was great, right on the beach, near the lido, a lovely local shop and the bus stop into the town was over the road, the room was spacious and comfortable and had lovely views, all members of the hotel were lovely and welcoming

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcome, and really went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and a short walk into the town centre.

Easy check in, parked easily, perfect location on the beach quick walk to St Helier, bus stop outside. Good pool opening times and reasonable bar and food prices. Child friendly
