Room was very nice, clean and pleasant, with a balcony to a garden. It was also surprisingly warm considering we stayed there in January. Staff was incredibly friendly, considerate and helpful, offering great advice on how to spend our days on the island. Warm recommendation!

This place has an unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry and super easy to find. Being right across from Avra Beach makes it so convenient—you can literally just walk out and pop over to the sand. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were awesome! Aegina is a beautiful island, and I'm definitely coming back. When I do, I'll absolutely be staying here again!

Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!
