This place has an unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk from the ferry and super easy to find. Being right across from Avra Beach makes it so convenient—you can literally just walk out and pop over to the sand. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were awesome! Aegina is a beautiful island, and I'm definitely coming back. When I do, I'll absolutely be staying here again!

My family and I had the best possible stay here. Excellent location with a bus stop outside and the beach just a 5 minute walk away. The pool and outdoor are were great. Moreover, the staff treated us like family. Thanks again! We will definitely return.

Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

Beautiful clean accommodation, excellently equipped kitchen. The furnishings are new, very comfortable beds. The hostess Stefanie is very nice and helpful. Cleaning was done every day. Nice quiet place, 100 meters to the sea, great tavern right next door. Large parking lot next to the apartments. We were absolutely satisfied and would love to come again.

Ioannis, Eric and their dad are the warmest kindest hosts! I was loaned a great hat which was a life saver in the sun. Had a lovely room with a sea view balcony. 4 minutes walk from the ferries. Lovely tavernas next door. Few minutes from the Kolona site. Aegina is gorgeous and I wish I could have stayed for longer!

The apartment is spacious and modern and provides everything you need. It is in a walking distance to town and has a beautiful beach right outside across the street. The terrace is big and offers space for sun bathing or a long breakfast together. We were happy about the fresh fruit and basic breakfast supply. The host is super responsive and provides you with a lot of information about what to do on the beautiful island. Highly recommend!!!
