Maria the receptionist was brilliant from the time of booking and throughout the stay. She provided alot of information on things to do and restaurants. She was friendly and provided a personal touch, an asset to the hotel. The hotel was modern, comfortable and clean and a great location to the beach. The room was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen, and the AC worked well. There is also free parking next door. They also provided beach towels and a beach bag. The hotel has a partnership with Mu Gusta restaurant where we had breakfast included and was a good start to the day. They also provided free sun loungers and umbrella. If we come to Chania again we would stay with Ostrakon Suites.

Loved it! Hotel was a good size with two pools, two bars/restaurants and it’s right on the beach, as well as being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and a few mini golf/arcade type places. Staff were all lovely and our room was clean with a big balcony overlooking the hotel and the beach. We did all inclusive and the food was amazing with so much choice. Drinks choices were great too, especially liked being able to help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks. We’ll definitely be staying here if we come back to Crete.

Basic apartment but met all our needs, very relaxing atmosphere , perfect location , two steps one way-supermarket with everything you need, two steps the other way-beach and the sea with the warmest and cleanest water I have seen in Europe. Clean beach , no plastic floating around you . Simple but tasty breakfast. Recommend the place if you want to switch off from-your everyday problems and relax.

    Amazing people, everyone was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Hotel is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach, bright and very clean rooms. Many shops and tavernas nearby. Agellos and the beach bar staff were fantastic. Highly recommend Stela's white sangria cocktail. Will definitely stay at Vergina Beach Hotel on our next trip to Chania.

    The studio is located to the seaside, very close to different beaches (walkable). Directly outside is also a bus station. Many restaurants, shops & supermarkets directly on the street.The service, cleanliness, furnishment, location, management - everything was better than we expected! The best value for money if you want chilled and calm beach-holidays (+ you can easily get to other cities and locations via bus or car). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Ostrakon is a new, modern hotel. Very clean with great amenities, especially the basket with extra utensils like an iron, which was very practical. I like the family atmosphere, especially conveyed by Maria. The direct beach access was very convenient and the breakfast right on the beach with a view of the sea was perfect! The staff at Me Gusta were also very friendly! Thank you Maria for making our vacation wonderful with your tips and your loving nature! I will be back! Efcharistó poli!

    Hotel is located almost on the beach, what was the best thing. Breakfast was mostly similar each day, but there were so many things to eat that You can eat every day something different. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Seaside view was great - mostly during evenings. Beds and umbrellas on the pool and on the beach was available. From street side – a lot of pubs restaurants and shops.

    The staff were incredibly friendly, making the stay enjoyable right from the beginning. The hotel features both a swimming pool and beach access, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. What I liked the most was probably the bar with its amazing views and sunbeds right on the beach. The bar staff were super friendly, and we always had a good laugh. They really made us feel at home, which added a special touch to our stay
