We had a great room, well decorated in a Greek style with French chic and a sea view. The room is on the top of the family restaurant and there are other nice places in the neighborhood. Location is great for holidays and casual stroll around Galaxidi and near by hills or for visiting Delphi.

This was my third time visiting Itea and my stay at Kalafatis beach home was by far the best! Excellent location, super clean & extremely comfortable apartment a breath away from the city center but at the same time long away the hustle and bustle! The attention of the owner is superb. We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, surprising us with a lovely gift to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed, reflecting the hosts' attention to detail. It was well-equipped for both short and long stays, with a fully stocked kitchen and pristine towels and bed linens. The location is ideal—across the street from the beach in a very quiet area, yet only 500-700 meters from the lively promenade with its restaurants. The peaceful environment ensured a restful night's sleep, and parking was conveniently available on the street next to the house. Overall, we were so impressed that we plan to return. This place truly felt like a home away from home.
