We were welcomed by the lady and than in a bar, whenever we chose to visit, served by a man and his son. All were amazing. Even organized a "cretan night" once, with dancers and it played out great. If we had any questions, they anwsered straight away. The location is near chania, 2nd biggest city and equally far from beaches like Elafonisi, Preveli and Balos, which are all great experiences. Rooms were cleaned DAILY at around 11. -12. Hours. U can eat in the complex, swim in the pool, hit the table tenis, or billiards/pool table. It was all perfect and theres nothing i would really want to change. The parking, as said in many other comments is perhaps a bit small, but you will always have a place to put your car, so dont worry about that. Just might take a minute or 2 longer to park. The wifi was annoying, sometimes working, but than often being overloaded because you know... The hotel was full, but thats understandable. If you wanted to google something, u could. It would just take a bit longer to load. These are the EXTREMELY little things i mightve tweaked a bit, but theres really nothing negative to say about the place. All in all just an amazing experience.

Everything was great. The view was amazing, we could watch the sunsets every day from the terrace. The breakfasts were delicious and very diverse, I think everyone will find something for themselves. We also tried the à la carte dinners several times, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is clean, large enough, with a separate paddling pool for children. I highly recommend!

Excellent choice for accommodation in Platanias - swimmming pool and the beach acces (with sunbeds for free). I choose for the second time, Platanias, like a point to explore Chania - to visit Phalasarna beach, Limani Stephani, old Rhetimno town, Zorba’s beach, old Chania town, Theriso. Like the first time in Platanias for breakfast, New Planet bar it is an option - 70 m away. I use rent a car from airport - Sunny rent. The hotel have parking available for free. The staff of the hotel was friendly. I recommend warmly this hotel.

The location was excellent, situated near numerous shops and restaurants. There is convenient parking available directly in front of the property. The bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasure meeting the owner, who was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

    We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Atlantica ocean beach. I usually book 5 star hotels, but so glad I booked this one for our holiday to Crete. The food was very good with lots of variety each evening with good options for kids or fussy eaters. Lovely pool and waterslides. Drinks were good and hotel not too far from Chania old town / Platanias, which is cheap and easy to get to by bus - stop outside of hotel. We will definitely return 🙂 Thank you Ocean Beach.

    Hotel is right next to a beach and many of the rooms have nice view from the balcony to the sea. Staff is very helpful and hotel have nice very clean pool and is also suited for smaller kid's with a separate area. Right on the beach is Mythos restaurant where the food is really good and nice welcoming staff. So no need to go very far if wanting just to stay close to the hotel and relax. Close by is supermarket and other good restaurants too.

    A perfect friendly host, very easy check in and out. Max 1 hour driving distance to the best beaches of Europe. 30m to the beach. Very clean and feels really luxury with its private pools. A lot of restaurants nearby.

    Olivia Beach Hotel is a very lovely place to stay. Sophia is always doing the best for making everyone happy. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The pool is nice.
