Wonderful spacious new modern apartments located in the center of the beautiful town of Neos Marmaras right by the sea. The area is surprisingly quiet and uncrowded, though. There is a private parking space, which is very rare for this place. We parked the car and did not use it anymore, as there are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and very good beaches on both sides of the aparthotel which can be easily reached on foot. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and carefree holiday. Excellent internet speed. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Andonis welcomed us cordially and throughout our stay took care and answered any of our requests. We will definitely come back, mr. Andonis. Thank you!

Everything was perfect! Very nice, clean and comfortable house! The house is in a private area with free parking. There is a big and lovely garden when you could relax, make barbeque and have dinner. In the house everything is well organised - you could find everything for your vacation.

Incredible location - 10 steps to the private beach, with private umbrellas and sunbeds. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. It exceeded my expectations.

Elia Sea View Apartments 2 feels like you are at home - everything family need is available. Very tide and clean. With most beautiful sea view for morning breakfast and coffee. and also for sunsets and evening yoga. Closes beach is nice, bit of rocky, but useful for the days you want to rest more. On the other side, very close are most beautiful beaches of Sithonia, 5-10 min driving.

We really enjoyed our stay at Acrotel Athena Residence. The residence section with its private pool was fantastic, and we loved having that shared space to relax in. The facilities were high quality and the setting felt special. One downside was that a significant extra charge was added for a last-minute additional guest, even though our room already had an extra bed prepared. This was a bit disappointing given everything else was so well arranged. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful setting.
