Beautiful stay! Had such a wonderful time! Lesbia was fantastic and made sure we were looked after. The room was spacious, clean and had a cute balcony looking at the water as well as a great kitchen seperate from the room - the boats to get across to the accom were super straight forward as well. The venue is a bit further out, but it is a very short walk away. It has a chill vibe and a fantastic garden and small swimming pool where to chill with an amazing view over Flores and the lake. It was recently completely renovated and it is starting again after it had closed down during COVID. All the beds and linens were new and the place was very clean. The owner and Don Mario were super welcoming and flexible with my arrival and departure time, allowing me to stay a lot longer to accommodate my bus schedule. I spent a chill day sunbathing and swimming and slowly exploring the restaurants around for the meals. There are boats continuously connecting San Miguel to Flores so you don't miss out on what the island has to offer, but you have very resting sleep.

Such a beautiful little cabin on the lakeside! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and Mario and Leo were really helpful, helping us organise trips out to Tikal as well as other ruins.

We stayed at the resort for 4 days. We had a kind welcome by the staff. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room. The staff is very friendly and adorable, they helped us in different ways. They were very kind, talkative, helpful, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, filling, fresh, and affordable: the yogurt bowl comes with a lot and different type of fruits. The view of the hotel is super nice, with this lake, and the animals like iguanas, monkeys, and squirrels. Definitely the perfect place to relax and recharge your battery! They offer a free boat service in which they pick you up and drop you off at the main island. It was very flexible and they were always on time. They were always very responsive on Whatsapp which was nice. They always replied within a few minutes. The thing that stood out the most was that the attention to the client was very distinguished and this bought to an high satisfaction from our side. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you for the pleasant stay:)

The view from the room and balcony is worth it alone! The staff welcomed me in and was very friendly! They cleaned my room and made the bed every day which I really liked! There was even a boat to take you to the Island or your shuttle etc which was very helpful.

Plenty of options for breakfast, specially the guatemalan breakfast was amazing. All the staff was very nice and ready to help us, even gave us some recommendations. The pool was comforting as the hotel was not fully booked during our stay, we had a lovely view of the sunset from the restaurant.
