Perfect location, on the beach, bus stop, grocery store and bakery. The staff is VERY NICE, they found a solution for all of our needs. And even though we arrived at midnight, the key handover went very smoothly. I highly recommend this place and for sure we will be back again soon.

We loved the sea view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the heated water in the indoor swimming pool a lot since it was still cold to swim in the sea, and the sauna facility was quite nice.

The host was very friendly and attentive. The apartment was very clean and had lots of extra things provided in bathroom and kitchen. It mattered to her that her guest were comfortable. The location is incredible, elevated so a morning coffee on the deck with a short stroll to main square.

If you’re looking for a great comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, then look no further. You will need to pick up the keys from a different location but that is actually an advantage as you can get directions and any help you need from the guys in the office.

The views from the room were perfect, really clean and quiet. Bus to get downtown was not far (there is a small traffic circle about 10 minute walk to get on the bus). Also a lot of restaurants along a walk near the cobble beach (Tutto Bene was really good). There is also a small grocery store near the traffic circle (studenac). The breakfast is one of the best that I have had at a hotel, superb. There are also a lot of facilities in the hotels and villas (I was on the villa side). If I end up back in Dubrovnik, this would be my first choice to stay.
