I recently stayed at this lovely two-bedroom apartment in Sukošan, and it was an really lovely. The apartment is modern, spacious, and fully furnished with all the appliances you could need, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the beautiful beach and the main attractions in town. Whether you want to relax by the sea, enjoy local restaurants, or explore the charming streets of Sukošan, everything is within easy reach. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. That made us feel right at home and added a personal touch to the experience. If you're planning a trip to Sukošan, I can't recommend this apartment enough. It’s perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. I would happily stay here again! 🌊☀️

We liked everything! Host was super nice and smiling! Apartment was very clean, pleasantly kept with equipped kitchen to cook. Connections to transport from Zadar main station and airport is also close by. I highly recommend it!

Amazing new property with a stunning view and pool. Everything is just perfect and exceeds all expectations and facilitates everything that you need. All rooms are airconditioned and have the best quality beds/boxsprings. A1 location and just a few steps from the beach and restaurants. Roko the owner is a great guy who makes sure that the guests have everything they need. Very polite, proffessional and a Family man. We will be back for sure!

    At first the location is very much outside of Zadar and you need to have a car to go see Zadar. This was a bit of disappointment at first... However, by being right on the beach and outside of the city, it was great for private beach days with the great beach and dock right out front - this was such an added bonus and we really valued being able to have a few days of downtime just relaxing, swimming, and recharging. The hotel has a very small family feel which is great and the restaurant and the outdoor yard was amazing!!

    Perfect location with view on the sea. Nice welcome by the owners. Appartment has everything one needs (hairdryer, iron, kitchen supplies and air conditioning what we didn't use but is surely highly needed in the summer months because appartment is under the roof). The floor space is small, but for us it was enough, especially when you spend the days out on the beach. Impeccable cleanliness.

    If you are looking for a hotel right on the beach just a few steps from the sea, excellent food, clean rooms and excellent service, you have just found it. Parking is right next to the hotel in a private parking lot. And best of all - the friendliness of the owners is overwhelming. From the first moment you will feel like a part of their family. I can't wait to go back there again.
