The stay was very pleasant, even though we only stayed for one night. The owner welcomed us at 12:30 a.m., very kind and helpful. The room is dark but very clean and has both air conditioning and a fan. Good value for money.

We booked the family room. Good spacious room. The washroom was also spacious with good water pressure. You do get the sea view from the room through huge glass doors. The balcony was really awesome with great views of the sea. The balcony has a traditional Kerala style sitting area. The sea is hardly 50 meters from the room. Cherai is known for the gentle nature of the sea. The property is managed by Unni, who was very helpful and pleasant. There is a restaurant 'Shivettante kada' downstairs. Great sea food at very affordable rates. All in all a great experience.

What a wonderful "find." The GM - Antony, has a knack for hiring a most sincere & efficient staff. Everyone was "super nice" & friendly. Great food -service w/a smile. Our room had an excellent sea view, and a good view of the lagoon as well. They booked us in early and upgraded us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants to left and right. No water provided and shops were harder to find. Stunning views great for sunsets. Receptionist was really helpful and the younger guy was everywhere, always smiling.
