The set up was beautiful with a really high attention to detail. The showers were the highest quality, nothing like campsite facilities. The shared areas were stunning. The tent was warm and cosy and everything you could wish for was provided. The kitchen has full cooking facilities: 2 ovens, 2 hot plates, microwave, fridge and all pots and pans.

Hateigi 2 is a great location to explore the Southern area. Veronique is really friendly and helpful. The accommodation is modern, comfortable, and well equipped. Very good value for money. Ideal for family stay. Reykjavik is about 90 min drive, and similar to Vik going the other way. All Golden Circle attractions in reach also.

This was the first location for us on the island. It was perfect. Besides that the Sea View was great, the owners thought of everything. Binoculars, shaving mirrors, explanation of the washing machine. Great interior .. Would book again for sure. Try the fishsoap at Fjorubordid!
