Czech RepublicWe had a broken car, had to find another - so we arrived between midnight and 1 a.m. - nevertheless both of the owners were welcoming us like a family and show You all the necessary instead of seeping. We had 100 % clean large appartement with alll we needed and very large green garden with the beautiful Natisone river just on it. It was so pleasant to swim in Natisone, canoing in Soča (18 min by car to Kobarid), swim in the Adriatic Sea (70 min to Sistiana), visit Trieste (80 min) visit the religious sights around (Castelmonte -20 min, Grotta d´Antro -8 min), go up the Matajur Hill 1645 m.
When You arrive from Your trip, Aldo, the owner who loves it there will ask if anything is ok, offers You to taste the beautiful local wine and many other things......If You have any trouble, he is anytime around and willing to help. The same as Luisa, his wife.
Our children want back to Casa Pikes immediately :)
