The hotel exceeded my expectations, the pictures on the websites not do justice to how nice the place it. The staff and people were extremely accommodating, I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

I think is the best place to stay in Paola. Clean rooms, very friendly owners, tasty crosans. Near sea, near train station.

La Perla is amazing! It is exceptionally clean and fresh, very nice Italian breakfast with fresh croissants, coffee and juice which the lovely Simona (the host) will bring to your room (although they almost finished their breakfast room so I believe it will be even more comfortable and with many more breakfast options). Daily impecable cleaning. Very attentive and helpful with everything. Simona and Antonio are more than just amazing hosts, they are amazing people. I am extremely happy with my stay and I recommend La Perla for your stay in Amantea! The sea is just 5 min walk and especially if you are traveling with children you will love it here as there is a very nice playground just across. Lidl is around the corner… You will simply love it! Personally this is my favorite now and I will for sure come back here! Thanks again Simona and Antonio, sending you a big hug e ci vediamo!

We cannot thank our host Joe enough, he collected us from the train station and gave us a quick but comprehensive tour of the town , highlighting areas of interest. The apartment lived up to expectations, spotlessly clean with a few essentials already available. Could not wished for anything more but what about the view……amazing view of the coastline, to die for. A very nice quiet town to visit, great there were no shopping malls, the town centre before you get to the old town ( go to the church in the old town! Amazing ceiling artwork) a 15 minute walk. Paola was a much needed stopover for us, we did not venture our for meals, we went to the interspar supermarket a good hour return trip by a brisk walk, had everything we needed , cooked a meal in the apartment, everything was there pots , pans and cleaning requirements. If you want to dine out Joe will tell you places to go during his tour of the town, on our first day we did a late afternoon walk down the promenade the only thing we found that a few of the restaurants started accepting diners from 7:30. A short but very pleasant stay came to an end , only disappointment was we did not have enough time to visit the monastery. Joe also returned us to the train station, again we can it thank him enough.

Location perfect close to train station and easy to find. We were greeted by Paola who was a delight and very helpful. Clean and roomy.

Amantea's Mediterraneo Palace Hotel is just 200 metres from the sea. It offers a panoramic rooftop terrace, and a large garden with palm trees and outdoor swimming pool. Parking and Wi-Fi are free.

Breakfast was very good, plentiful and a healthy variety of fruit. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was central, very close to the train station and beach, and being able to use the hotels bicycles was a great. Fun to ride the beach boardwalk and cruise around Amantea. Would definitely stay again.
