We had a good communication with Alessandro prior our arrival. He also greeted us welcome on arrival and together with his assistant Raffaella we felt very comfortable and good taken care of during our stay. The apartment on the bottom floor with 2 patios is perfekt , comfy beds and fresh feeling about the whole apartment. There is 65 inch TV in every room which could be useful for families with children. Easy to find parking spots just outside for our rental car , although there is a garage under the building.

From the moment we arrived, Rita made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. Whether it was providing local tips, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, Rita went above and beyond in every aspect. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, exuding charm. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, home-like comfort. Our room was serene, with a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. The location of the home stay was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful area, it provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it was conveniently close to Olbia's main attractions and exquisite beaches. We enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and the easy access to stunning beaches. Overall, our experience at Rita's home stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and the beauty of the house and its ideal location made our trip to Olbia unforgettable. It’s hard to say because it was impossible not to like anything about this hotel. I highly recommend, it’s a mix of competency and professionalism together, with a beautiful ability to connect with the clients. With such love, passion, care, charism and human being connection. Which a value it more than anything in life. In the end we just want to have a good time and this is def. the place for it. Go for it, don’t think twice ! My eternal gratitude to Barbara, Lucca both work in the restaurant -) Simone who can give u a nice cold local beer with a smile. And also to Marco and Vitor from the Reception -) I felt like I was home❤️ Pleasure !

We had room with seaview and the view was amazing. Hotel location was very nice we could park car free near hotel. Staff was wery friendly and helpfull.

This is a beautiful hotel with five stunning swimming pools. The staff is very helpful, the food is great and the rooms are beautiful. The beach is 300ms away. Excellent venue!
