What can you say about this B&B well we stayed here for 4 nights and I have to say from the time we arrived until the time we left Barbara who owns it treated us like friends what a great host and such a lovely person she is along side her husband Roberto. Nothing is to much trouble and Barbara is just a lovely human being with a great smile. We had a great time staying here and would recommend it to anyone who told us they were going to lake Como. The property is spotlessly clean and perfectly run, the rooms are a nice size and have air-conditioning which was perfect as it was 30 C when we were there. It's 2 mins walk to the lake and 5 mins walk to the shops and supermarkets. It's in the perfect location for restaurants and also the local bus routes or ferry crossings. So all together this is just a great place to stay. Will we return yes when we are next in the area of lake Como. Thanks for a great stay Ross&Gail.xx

Everything was superb. Amazing view and very comfortable balcony. Apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. They also provided a travel cot for our baby which was very useful. There was undergound parking which is accessible by lift which we found very convenient. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. A walking path right by the lake with direct access from the apartment block.

Good location, beuatiful scenery and very good food! Everything was really clean. Tiramisu dessert was excellent. And the hotel has a cat. Fell in love.

Staying at this charming bed and breakfast was truly a highlight of our trip. Angel, our host, is a wonderful soul—warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. You can feel the care he puts into making his guests feel at home. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need: a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, fridge, dining ware, and cutlery; even a washing machine complete with detergent and color catchers, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with clean, crisp sheets, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. Perfect for couples and family. The location is simply perfect—tucked beside a peaceful river lined with cherry trees, it offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The area is quiet, with barely any traffic, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind. If you're visiting Lake Como, skip the typical hotels. This place has heart, soul, and the kind of peace money can’t buy. I would choose it again in a heartbeat.
