This was, by far, the best accommodation we’ve had in Japan. Comfortable in Western standards, but still with a beautiful Japanese aesthetic. Location is remote, which is exactly what we were hoping to have on the island. Real island vibes, far from the city noise and McDonalds. Also, the staff were so friendly and kind, it felt like visiting a friend.

This place was just amazing! The view and beachfront made the experience unique for our family. The apartment was well equipped and big which made us feel at home and very comfortable while travelling with a baby. The beach was empty and we had a unique experience within a 2 minutes walk. A big plus is all the beach equipment, snorkling, bike and stand up which they make available for use. Parking was right in front and there shops and restaurants within a quick drive distance.

We've spent 3 nights - 4days in Casa Dumai Ocean Villa in Nakijn and we've loved it! The room was very clean, the self-check in very easy and the communication with the host fast and easy going. The best things about the apartment were the café downstairs and the two big bathtubs (inside and outside on the balcony). The beach in front of Casa Dumai is very lovely for sunrise- or sunset- walks. I loved sitting on the porch and listen to the waves. The Nakijin castle ruins are very close, you can reach them on foot. For other excursions you need a car - there is a free parking spot in front of Casa Dumai. We would have loved to stay longer. It was the perfect get away for my birthday. So if you go there: Make sure you have enough time! It's a magical place. Thank you for having us! 🫶🏽🤍🕊️

This small hotel is run by such kind and friendly people. I absolutely loved my stay there. I’d highly recommend to book their bbq a day in advance, because the view and quality meat was amazing. I’ve been traveling for two months now and this has been my best stay out of all of them.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We requested a room near the elevator due to mobility issues, the hotel accommodated us, enabling us to more easily visit all the hotel's facilities.

This was one of the best places we've stayed in! The rooms are much more spacious that the photos suggests, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The house is located right next to the beach, which is excellent, and it is not far from the tourist destinations. There is a parking space outside the house, which also suites our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Okinawa!
