Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.

This property is literally located on the beach. The minute you step out u face is the sea. You can hear the waves 🌊 sounds even if u are in room it’s so soothing. I would like to come again and stay just for the location. Getting up in the morning lazily walking around the beach, what else u need. To add on to that the host will treat u with the great breakfast which u can enjoy with a beach view

Mac and his wife are exactly the people you want to meet when you arrive to Sri Lanka. They are so nice and helpful and we loved staying with them. We will definetely come back. We highly recommend staying with them. The room has everything you need.

Jennifer's Villa was ideal. Managed by a very nice family and very well maintained.it met all my needs and more. Great location away from the main tourist centre but it still had access to a good beach and a great food restaurant.. It would be a perfect start or finish to any trip to Sri Lanka. Only a short drive to/from the airport. Breakfast is good and more than enough for anyone. Jennifer's Villa is a little gem to add to your Sri Lanka trip. It is a beacon for true Sri Lankan hospitality. I highly recommend a visit

Villa sea breeze was such a a lovely place to stay for our last couple of nights in Sri Lanka. It's in a great location for the airport and the beach/lagoon but very quiet. The pool was huge and deep enough for a proper swim. The outdoor area was really well done and it was lovely to have the space to ourselves. The villa bedrooms are decorated really nicely with lots of Sri Lanka art and felt very homely. The beds were huge and really comfy and the aircon was great and very quiet. The owner met us with the keys and showed us round. There was a great functioning kitchen with tea/coffee and milk provided and cold water. Nothing too much trouble as usual in this wonderful country. We ordered lunch to be delivered by the pool, from a local restaurant (Uber eats tuk tuk!!) and both evenings went to Dutch Trails restaurant by the lagoon. This was very classy and lots of seafood and other western and Sri kankan dishes. But very reasonable price and of course great service. The villa owner arranged for a tuk tuk for us to get there would highly recommend for a bit if r and r before or after the airport.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. They did everything to make our stay special. The food prepared by Clifford was the best we had in Sri Lanka, he is an exceptional chef, everything freshly cooked to order - amazing value for money. Spacious rooms and good shower.

It was such a beautiful place to stay although I booked it accidentally. But worth it! The owner is THE KINDEST ever. She was so hospitable and kind, made us the tastiest breakfast, facilitated us with ANYTHING we needed and more ❤️ The view is to die for and cleanliness is top notch. I am so so glad that I chose Bivon Reach.
