Everything is just perfect here. You dont feel like you are staying in a hotel, feels more like at some close relatives house. Owner and the people who are working here Saliya and Silva are just perfect, the hospitality is just amazing😊 Breakfast are so tasty. All hotel is very cleal. Wonderful thing is that if you are staying in deluxe room all the floor is yours with balcony and additional room. On the top of that sea is so close🤟 Highly recommended.

It is not my custom to compose reviews, as my primary objective is to enjoy my stay. Nevertheless, I was most agreeably surprised by the Hotel Nuwa in City of Dreams. The courteous personnel and management demonstrated remarkable attentiveness in catering to my every requirement. It is a nice new hotel a short distance from Mt Lavinia beach. Although the beach is not really nice, based on what we saw in the south… This place has a great swimming pool and really nice staff, that was very helpful and always trying to solve everything. Thank you! ❤️

Very convenient secure location. Well maintained. Had all the utensils needed including a toaster, kettle, Microwave, hand mixer and a stick vacuum.. Ideal for a small expatriate Sri Lankan family. Walking distance to Cargill's supermarket and high level road. Had AU/NZ power socket adaptors so that we could use our phone chargers and laptops. Great quiet swimming pool not crowded and can use as your own private pool.

Everything was just as perfect as it looked online! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, making us feel truly at home. Highly recommend this host for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience! The location is unbeatable with an amazing view, it is in the heart of Colombo with easy access to restaurants, public transport, local attractions and all the best hotels in Colombo are within walking distance from the apartment.     The location is great, seaview is amazing. The owner was very kind and helped us to check-in in the middle of the night. Big thanks for everything. The beach is 3 minutes away and very clean. There is also a grocery shop nearby and lot of restaurants in a walking distance. The Colombo Zoo is 20 minutes by feet. But quite expensive for the foreigners
