Sometimes when you travel you get fortunate and you pick a place like Sri Lankashire. Beautiful building big clean rooms great breakfast but the highlight are the owners Wasanthi and Nisanthi. They make you feel like being part of their family always smiling giving good advice try to protect you and taka care of you. They are a reason to come back in Sri Lanka. It was easy to find Shana. Host lady told me that she had a problem with electricity and took me to her sister's house called Bimal Villa which was 2 minutes walking distance. So my comments here are for Bimal Villa. Bimal Villa is run by a sweet lady and her daughter. The room was big, light and spotless. Had a a very good working A/C and fan. Ensuite bathroom. Internet worked very well. Location was behind the railways which I thought would be noisy but it was not. Very close to the beach, 2 mins walking. Breakfast served on the balcony and it was very tasty with fresh fruits, fruit juice, eggs, coconut milk rice and tea/coffee. The owner runs a small restaurant closeby the accomodation where locals come and eat. I had lunch there and it was so yummy. Bimal Villa cannot be seen on booking dot com currently due to a technical issue which the daughter was trying to sort out while i was there. Shana Sri Villa's son spoke very good English and he took me to exchane money, to an ayurvedic shop and to a massage place with his tuk tuk free of charge. He also organised my taxi to the airport for a fair price. So, overall I cannot talk much about Shana Sri Villa but only for Bimal Villa. This is a place i would come back to stay longer if I am ever in the region again.

The location is amazing. Its right at the beach. This hotel is run by family and the owner personally takes good care of the guests. The best part was even if the owner's wife was in hopsital, he came all the way just to ensure that we have a smooth checkin. Thanks a lot for the gesture Harshit. The breakfast was amazing and was cooked by owner's family so you get to taste the home food. I would definately come back to this place if i visit next. Thanks Harshit for all the help. the owner with his biggest and cutest Labrador in Sri Lanka. The owner who earns money and supports poor and needy people, so if you want to help people in Sri Lanka, it is worth leaving your money with Chami. You can also eat great fish at Villa Chami (I recommend it with tomato sauce). And Maja the dog is the entertainment of the entire Bentota beach, swimming and playing in the waves of the sea. People come to take photos and videos of Maja. A special couple Chami and Maja
