The courteous personnel and management demonstrated remarkable attentiveness in catering to my every requirement. Everything was just as perfect as it looked online! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, making us feel truly at home. Highly recommend this host for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience! The location is unbeatable with an amazing view, it is in the heart of Colombo with easy access to restaurants, public transport, local attractions and all the best hotels in Colombo are within walking distance from the apartment. Colombo Emperor Residencies is well maintained with a 24/7 Front desk/ Security with secured entry points.

The property is as featured in the photos. They have a pair of caretakers who look after us well. Location is quiet, and very near to Mt. Lavinia Hotel. Don’t judged the place by the exterior of the building, it is an oasis in there. The room is clean and nice, with air con and a ceiling fan. Mosquito net draped over the bed and the bathroom is also equipped with amenities + hot water. We asked for omelettes and toast for our breakfast and it was done perfectly.

This property is literally located on the beach. The minute you step out u face is the sea. You can hear the waves 🌊 sounds even if u are in room it’s so soothing. I would like to come again and stay just for the location. Getting up in the morning lazily walking around the beach, what else u need. To add on to that the host will treat u with the great breakfast which u can enjoy with a beach view

    I loved my stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to do a late check-out. The views from the apartment were breathtaking, and the building facilities were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the stunning sunsets, and the security staff were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, there's a charming local family restaurant just a short 5-10 minute walk away, which added to the convenience.

    It's run by an old Sri Lankan couple who are very kind and helpful. The House is close to the beach and you can walk for 3 minutes to get there. Airport is 30 minutes away from the house which is what we needed. Two Bottles of water were provided. The owners brother dropped us to the airport at 11pm at night (for a price, ofcourse). So that was one less worry for us.
