Beautiful hotel, right on the beach. It was extremely comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the amount of seating options. We drank and ate in the bar quite a few times and the happy hour made it reasonable.

The Saipan Beach Hotel and the hospitality far exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful and located right on the beach. When I visited, the restaurant was still closed, but the owners gave me recommendations for where to eat and even drove me to the grocery store to pick up breakfast items (there was a fridge and microwave in the room) and to a delicious Thai restaurant to get a takeout dinner. It's a quiet location and ideal to get away from things. Great for stargazing and watching the sunrise.

Clean like my home, plenty of drinking water bottles in the fridge( I got around 30 bottles), comfortable beds, air condition in each room, daily room cleaning service including new beach towels, Free laundry ( washer & 2 driers ) availability, lovely beach around 3 minutes walking distance and above all, kind workers and owner. The equipment is very rich. I chose a single room. The room size is not bad, and the air conditioning and bathroom facilities are also very good. The receptionist's attitude is also very good, and the overall feeling is quite good. It is worth staying here if you come to Saipan.
