Location was very good.. food was reasonable and in good quality ,We like it we will come back in coming years to stay with full family to enjoy

Shuttle from the airport was flawless. Congratulations great job. Buffet breakfast had a good variety ànd friendly service. Great value for what you get. Shuttle service to D Mall couldn't be better. Please tip these employees, they really deserve it. The two swimming pools offered lots of lounge chairs and bar service. A bonus was viewing the kite surfing at the beach, good entertainment.

Everything! What is very important for me is breakfast and it was delicious with a lot of variety. Comfortable bed, nice room, amazing beach, very polite staff where ever you go.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! The hotel’s beach is simply stunning, as are the pools. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was abundant with plenty of options. Rooms are cleaned in the morning and there’s a refresh service in the afternoon if needed. The rooms are spacious with huge beds. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but it offers van shuttles every two hours. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. Highly recommended!

Provided a unique staying experience instead of a typical Hotel room. Staffs were helpful and accommodating.

Lovely place to stay- comfortable, central and right on the beach and not on the busiest part of the strip which was great . Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect right off the main beach. They had lots of options for breakfast, and we also really enjoyed the happy hour on the roof at sunset! We wish we could have stayed longer.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good. ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us. FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering. LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect! OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

What an absolute dream it has been to stay at Ambassador. The location, facilities, food, service and especially the staff have made our holiday with our baby Scarlett one to remember. If you are travelling with family, or want a more relaxed place to stay but close enough to walk to the action, I highly recommend staying at Ambassador. By the end of the trip we really did feel like we were hanging out with family 😍 and sad to have to say good bye. Based on our faultless experience we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Ambassador!
