We absolutely loved everything about this place. It's super clean and quiet. The landlords are very kind and available at all times. We loved that we could also swim in the lake. Since tap water comes from the lake, we would recommend bringing a gallon of water along, there's a water spring near by, so you don't have to go to the market and buy drinking water. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to explore untouched nature and relax in a place that looks straight out of a movie.

House is comfortable, everything is new, clean and well organized. Kitchen is excellently equipped and there are two beautiful balconies to enjoy a wonderful view while taking a coffee and sunbathing. Area is beautiful for walking and ski slopes are 7-8min away by foot. Mitrovac center is 7min and Zaovine lake 15min away by car. Nearest shop 2-3min away by foot. The hosts were very kind and helpful, so all recommendations, we hope to be there again!

Zaovinska idila is a recently renovated villa in Bjeluša, where guests can take a dip in its pool with a view and make the most of its free WiFi, private beach area and open-air bath.

We had the most amazing stay at The Lake House run by Merija and Danilo. The hosts are truly lovely people who clearly care deeply about their place and their guests. The accommodation was spotless, with thoughtful touches everywhere that showed their passion and attention to detail. The lake itself is absolutely stunning – peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for swimming. The water is crystal clear and so refreshing. There is nothing quite like waking up in the morning, stepping just a few feet outside, and jumping straight into the lake for a swim – pure bliss. Myself and Niamh have been lucky enough to travel a lot and stay in some incredible places around the world, but this is without doubt one of the best. The lake house and the whole area deserve a full 10 out of 10. We’ve only just returned to Ireland and already miss it dearly. A huge thank you to Merija and Danilo for creating such a special place and for giving us such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!
