The villa design is incredible. The room was so spacious, had everything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and big. The view from the villa every morning and evening was exceptional. This is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in and nothing beats the view and service. So so happy with my stay here. Watching the live music from the pool was very memorable.

The beachfront rooms are fantastic and very much worth paying extra for - the view is incredible, the space, the beds, having a kitchen, great time watching people and sunsets from the porch. The personal pool is very nice, and huge. We've lived in Thailand for long periods, so were a bit worried about being stuck with the hotel food because it's a decent walk to walking street or other restaurants, but the food was *excellent*. Especially the southern Thai food menu. We ended up eating every meal for five days at the hotel and enjoyed it every time. Breakfast was ok, had all the basics, but not as amazing as the regular lunch/dinner menu. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, and service was very very good. Really no complaints at all, and would stay again if ever back in Koh Lipe. Wifi was good enough everywhere for basics and streaming. Did not try any videoconferencing though.

Best location on the island. We really enjoyed the staff and vibey but quiet and chilled environment. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Definitely hope to return. Thanks everyone especially Boi for her warm smile everyday.

Stayed here for three nights as a family. Perfectly located, right on the beach and a short walk to a busy street full of all delights. The accommodation is basic and rugged and gives a feel of deserted island vibes. The shower is freezing cold which is perfect for the heat. The staff are wonderful and so helpful.

The best hotel at Koh Lipe. Everything perfect. Looks like oasis for pleasant rest. Stuff is very friendly. Free transfer from/to boat. Room is very big, well furnished with panoramic windows facing fabulous pool with peaceful little waterfalls. The territory is not very big, but cozy, green, like in paradise. The beach place of this hotel is excellent one - not much front boats , and great view to little island. Snorking is very good especially during low tide.

Location is great, close to the walking street. Not nosy or crowded. Very clean and the staff was very friendly. They offer transportation from the arrival point to the hotel. Breakfast is good

Excellent location on the best beach of Ko Lipe. Away from the Taxi boats which hare centrally parked on the beach. Very good personal, very reactive to any request. Excellent location with the main Street at 10min by feet.
