Everything was perfect, the amazing room, amazing atmosphere, GREAT breakfast!!! Super clean, the gym is great! We will come back again for sure! The staff was super nice as well!

This hotel looks like it was taken from a movie scene. If you're looking for partying, night clubs and buzz with friends, don't come here, as there is nothing to do after 10pm. But if you're looking for some peace, quiet, meditation, relaxation, 10/10 this is the place to come to. Framed by tropical forest, on one side, and by a paradisiac beach on the other, you feel immersed in some sort of Blue Lagoon movie. The hotel is small sized, not many rooms which allows the perfect conditions for a restful and peaceful stay. The breakfast is served in a gorgeous restaurant on the beach where you can contemplate the sea with the scenic longtail boat. When I thought this would only be result of photoshoped pictures, this hotel just proved me wrong. Cleanliness is of the highest standards. The room is gorgeous, super comfy and the bed is amazing. There is free Nespresso coffee in the room (important, as it's not so common in Asia). If you like asian (and in particular thai) food, you must try the hotel restaurants. Food is superb, delicious and (despite no being cheap according to Thailand standards) it is still cheap as per european standards. There is also italian restaurant with very good pasta, risotto and pizzas (surprisingly). Finally, and most important of all, the service is truly 5 stars. All the staff is so delicate, so kind, so humble. They will always stop what they are doing to say hello as you pass by and they will do anything to solve any query you have. On our particular case, we had a big issue upon arrival in the airport, where we were left with no taxi and no option to come to the hotel, at night (as Krabi goes to sleep at 10pm) and Tubkaak managed to get us a taxi in 20min. To the hotel: never cease to provide highest standards of service. Summary: I've been to many 5 stars hotels but this is definitely the best hotel and best holidays I've ever had in my life. Strongly recommend.

- Wonderful staff, very attentive and catered to our every need. That made the whole difference! Even when faced with a language barrier from the cleaners, everyone was so kind and genuinely friendly. - Bed is incredibly comfortable and 4 meters wide. Couldn't top this anywhere else in Thailand. - Best food we had in Thailand throughout our 10 day trip, their western food is equally as good as the thai. Our 5 year old really enjoyed their homemade tomato sauce penne. - Breakfast is rich and delicious. - Hong island tour is a must do! - Spa is really nice A big thank you to our butler Patty-Jeans, to Tanya and Ann among everyone else who was so kind.

Very romantic, quiet, and peaceful place! Perfect for romantic getaway. Our room 2404 was a beachfront bungalow with an amazing view. The terrace was great also the restaurant nearby. Very tasty food and good service. Recommend to try dragonfruit and mango smoothie. This is a place to relax for body, soul, and mind. Private beach where you feel all by yourself. Can rent kayak for free, and the sea is very shallow. Very clean and great personnel.

The stuff are wonderful and made me feel part of the family. It is located at a very relaxing beach in front of the bay of Phang Nga and the restaurant on the beach have very nice food. It is very close to Koh Hong island and the Dragon Crest so the location is perfect to visit these two places. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The stuff was really helpfull, kind and friendly! The location is beautiful, quiet and close to nature with an own beach. It is a little bit far from the center but it is not a problem if rent a motorbike or car. They cooked very tasty in the restaurant, the food selection was satisfying. There is a large selection of seafood and thai foods and european foods which are delicious. The rooms have really good private atmosphere with beautiful view from the balcony. We loved it thats why we come back for 1 more week and we sure we come back.

Clean resort, Amazing pool size, Superb location, Private beach

We had an amazing stay at Dusit Thani Resort in Krabi, Thailand. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were stunning - beautiful, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious and varied spread. We also had a blast with the water sport activities and aqua bord strenth excercise was a challenge but very good. Pushed us to our limits and loved every minute of it, thank you Mich! A special shoutout to Meen, the tour operator, she was exceptional, always willing to help, with a big smile - thanks for making our experience even more special! Highly recommend!

Everything about VARANA was exceptional and the staff were amazingly friendly too (especially Lee and Ma). I would definitely stay again if I ever go back :). Thank you!!
