We had a 3 Day cruise to Ha Long Bay, it was great! I would highly recommend vega travel. We experienced a remote Ha Long Bay cruise, away from the other big boats. They have great food on the boat, nice cabins and staff were attentive & good humored. Our guide Dem was friendly, funny and made sure we didn’t miss any of the best sights.

Breakfast was fine with the omelet. Brunch and lunch had plentiful choices. We appreciated the pho. Dinner is western style with a touch of Vietnamese pan fried fish made more tasty with fish sauce, lime, fresh chilis, and herbs. Our suite had a great panoramic view and shower facilities functioned well...we probably should have tried the jacuzzi stand alone tub (it looked very inviting) but did not want to take extra time in tub. The staff could not have been more friendly and efficient. I am especially appreciative of Andy, the operator, who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was superb. He also made arrangements for our transfer to Sapa in a private car. We did want to experience the limo bus heading back to Hanoi so he arranged that as well. Note the bus goes only to the bus station and not to our hotel, but Andy arranged for our short transfer from the station to the hotel with a Grab car. Lee, the cruise manager, ensured everything went off without a hitch (cannot be easy keeping everyone together and on time). Apologies to the young woman who was the cruise organizer (we forgot to note her name), but she was very helpful throughout. We took the 3D2N cruise and was sad to leave such a friendly and warm ambience. The views were absolutely spectacular as we had a wonderful sunny day on the second day. Ship overall had modern facilities and does reflect the luxury for which the cruise is offering as a brand.

Luxury spacious rooms, beautiful views, and great activities (especially day 2, recommend to take 2 nights). Especially the staff upheld a high service standard. They even arranged a private driver to reunite us with some items we had lost in the room, special thanks to mr. Thuy Dang for his help coordinating the effort!

Very nice tall building and view is amazing, good restaurant downstairs and pool in 30th floor for a small fee. Washing machine is a nice bonus. Owner communicated well. Everything was great!
