From the moment you step foot into the resort life is wonderful. The rooms were impeccable, staff amazing, food incredible. There is not one thing you could possibly need that has not already been thought of by the resort and organised by staff. Service and facilities perfect. Greg, DD, Tim, Front Office Manager, Trang were the most friendly management team I have ever experience and it flows through the resort to all that work there. Incredible work.

The level of service was impressive. Security took out bags and brought it to reception immediately after we stepped out of the taxi. They gave us welcome drink, made early check-in even though we didn’t confirm it in advance. The room was clean and nice with the perfect view on sea and mountains. Staff was very professional and friendly. Room service experience was excellent as well. Every day you could take a fresh beach towel

Everything was great! The welcome was very warm! We were completely satisfied and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Truyen, our personal butler, was very courteous and attentive. He looked after needs to make our stay a very pleasant one. Also the Restaurant Manager at Natura Ms. Duong Nguyen, who always greeted us warmly every day and looked after our needs. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. High quality of all the restaurants. The villas are large, very modern and stylish with a private pool and fantastic sea views. We can only recommend this hotel.

The apartment was great, with a fantastic sea view. At night you can just sit on the balcony and watch all of the lights of Nha Trang off to your right. The hosts were really, really helpful and, because we stayed for 7 days, we had a free room service. They were extremely communicative, and gave us clear and concise instructions to enable us to have a hassle free stay. Facilities wise the room was fine, and having a washing machine was a bonus. The rooftop infinity pool is a definite bonus. It’s not the largest of areas, so you have to choose your visit time carefully as it can get really busy, especially with families with children. We found that going early morning (before 1000) worked best for us. There is a small shop outside the front of the property that previous guests have recommended for basics like water, etc. However, if you come out the building and turn left, then left again at the end of the property (about 25-30 metres), there is a supermarket about 50m in front of you. A better and cheaper choice than the little shop at the front of the building. Failing that, if you turn right out of the building, and then right on the beach road, and walk for about 400m - 500m, then you will come to the Festival Supermarket. Quite large with a great choice of products at great prices. If you do decide to go there, then you really should try The Bakeboy bakery next door to the supermarket. Superb!
