We requested extra pillows and they brought them to us right away. Also, we requested late checkout due to our flight and they immediately accepted it. The location was good too, close to Beto Carrero World, but we had rented a car. if one decides to go to the park on foot, he will walk for thirty minutes or more, but uber was very cheap (we simulated one).
