We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Situé à Chaitén et offrant une vue sur le jardin, l’établissement Hostal La Minga propose un jardin, une plage privée, une terrasse et un restaurant. A lovely secluded place that is a short drive out of Chaiten. Klaus and his wife seem to be quite conscious about sustainability. Many items at breakfast and dinner were homemade which was delicious. I was in a twin room at the back of the house which was comfortable.

I loved the atmosphere of Casa Ayacara, it was everything I imagined. Like stepping into a hotel from the 20's with wooden floor and wooden everything. Just lovely. Staff was welcoming and very hospitable. The newly opened restaurant (not part of the hotel but in the same room where breakfast is served) served perfect homemade Italian pasta and it wasd the best breakfast we had in all of Chile.
