The Luxury Hotel offers excellent service. Like other guests, we were offered an upgrade to our room in the Luxury Tower, located just one block from the hotel. It's a truly good hotel. The rooms are new and very spacious, clean, and have everything you need. The breakfast is excellent; it's buffet-style and offers a wide variety of foods, including juices, fruits, breads, pastries, and more. The staff is also very helpful and ready to help at any time. They truly reflect the friendliness of Colombia. Additionally, they even provide towels to take on sightseeing trips and to the resorts. I had a very good stay at this hotel. I would definitely come back.

The bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable (best ever), the shower and toiletries were among the best also.

Boasting a charming terrace with a pool, Hotel Balovento is set in a modern building in the Bocagrande neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach. Free WiFi and parking are available. The customer service at Barlovento is amazing! All the staff were really kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and beautiful.
