In the middle of nature and silence but within a 15 min drive to the center of Berlin. The place is very well cleaned. All surfaces, sanitaries, bathroom, kitchen equipment, sheets, towels, everything. Free parking all day long. The owner is a very helpful man and always reachable and open to conversation even when he's not around. The kitchen is very well equipped for a few days of stay. Don't consider it as a regular boat, the ceilings are high and the rooms and bathroom are spacious enough. Plenty of space for relaxation. I stayed in July, no air conditioning is required for this time of the year. No sweating and no cold either.

Perfect if you want to practice your German as its still not contaminated by the Berlin bilingual curse. Very tranquil and restful spot. Amazing sunsets.
