Owner lives nearby and help would have been easily available, if needed. Communication with the owner worked very well. We had planned for a self catering stay and for that, the kitchen was well equipped. There is a market within walking distance, but as we also had to charge the EV, we did our shopping in Otepää, where we had the possibility to use a quick charger (Enefit Volt). During our stay we especially loved the possibility to use the private stretch of beach for morning and evening dips in the lake.

The main room is spacious and cozy. The sauna was nice (you cannot use brooms inside tho). The jacuzzi outside was exceptional. I was worried there is no fence (so I thought from the pictures) but there actually is and our dog really loved it outside. It is also very warm inside. The location is great - 10 mins from the slopes, 5 mins from the shop, some bars and restaurants nearby

The surroundings are beautiful, the house is very welcoming where you feel right at home and it was easy to chat with the host. Everything necessary had been provided.

The house itself was unique, a lot of different corners for each family member, o lot of games to keep children happy, the kitchen was well stocked, no utensil was missing, we enjoyed to cook there. The grounds are lovely, to do small tracks around the lake, to feed the fish in the pond, to dig potatoes for dinner, to just sit, relax and enjoy. The owner was such a sweet person, welcoming, always answered, always helped and it felt like she thought of everything. All of us had a great time.

Located in Vidrike, 46 km from Tartu, a sauna in both holiday homes can be used 2 hours free of charge. Juba is 31 km away. Both holiday homes have a dining area and terrace with lake views. TV with Youtube. Pond after the sauna. Everything was clean and working. Host very generous with wood for sauna.
