The hostel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, both in the rooms and common areas, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The service was another highlight: Marwa, who welcomed us, was simply fantastic! Always kind and attentive, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more special. On the day we needed to extend our stay for an additional night, everything was handled smoothly. Marwa took care of everything quickly and even helped us move to another room with no hassle at all. We also had the chance to join the Christmas dinner organized by the hostel, and it was wonderful! It was a great way to celebrate the holiday with fellow travelers, sharing stories in a cozy and friendly environment. We highly recommend BedCoin to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and a team that truly cares about its guests.

Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus- Ultra... The resort's structure is absolutely incredible and exceeded all expectations regarding cleanliness and organization. The staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile on their faces, which made a huge difference. The chefs (especially Alaa Henedak) and the waiters at Alfredo were exceptionally attentive, remembering our names and even our favorite drinks – a special touch that made our stay unforgettable. Security officer Mohamed Ahmed was an absolute gem, taking care of us with so much care and kindness every step of the way, especially during our excursions. We felt 100% safe at all times. A special highlight goes to Haitham, who made our experience truly one of a kind. He went above and beyond to make sure our first wedding anniversary was perfect, paying attention to every detail. He constantly checked in to see if we were okay and even sent messages to wish us a good day. His care and dedication were remarkable! Without a doubt, we’ll be back.

I truly fall in love with Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma. The resort grounds are beautiful, everything is clean and top of the top. In addition to amazing food hall with stunning terrace where we could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner we could book dinners in special restaurants within the resort - each dinner was a great experience, great food and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Xmas and the management just went over the top for Xmas dinner/event - we had GREAT HOLIDAYS. We are already looking forward to book our next stay.

Front Desk staffs/reception were very friendly, helpful and patient to answer any quiries. Would like to thank especially Mr Taha for his helpfulness and assistance. Staffs very responsive and quick to act. 2) Was given an upgrade for my booking to the pool access. Great view, great pool, welcome fruit basket and drink. 3) Room is spacious, clean, well decorated with 2 comfortable beds. Room Wifi is excellent. 4) The entire hotel is beautiful, quiet and relaxing since no family kids, with multiple pools, pool bars and lovely sandy beach. Multiple restaurants to choose from for your dinner meals. 5) A wonderful place to eat, drink and relax with the all inclusive package. Stayed 2 nights which was too short but could not extend because fully sold out during this period. 6) Only about 15 minutes to Hurghada Airport from Hotel. Very safe to walk around in the area. 7) Excellent cocktail- mojito and Mocktail- Florida which we like the most. Great Chocolate Ice cream as well. 8) Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again when in Hurghada because is serene, quiet and relaxing without much noise due to couples 18 only policy which is great.
