Everything; especially the staff team who were ALL exceptional and run the most wonderful hotel which made our trip so very special, relaxing and happy.

Playa de Palma Beach is 400 metres from the hotel, while Palma Yacht Club is 14 km away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 4 km from the property. I originally booked a different hotel, but after reading reviews I decided to change to Copaiba and I have no regrets. The room was modern, clean, and the staff was very nice. I really enjoyed the long brunch/breakfast. The location is close to the beach and various restaurants. The area is very German, so just be prepared for that (I personally don't care and it still surprised me).

The Bonavida Apartments are distributed in two buildings, Bonavida PALMS and Bonavida PINES. Both aparthotels are only 250 metres apart and are located in Port d'Alcudia, 2 km from Muro Beach and 3.9 km from S'Albufera de Mallorca Nature Park, and offer accommodation by the sea. Everything was great! The location is fabulous right on the beach and the staff is very kind and helpful. The small café downstairs is a big plus - they offer very good cakes and cocktails.

Situated in Palma de Mallorca, Fil Suites has well-equipped accommodation in a centuries-old building that once homed a textile factory. It features free WiFi, it is at an 8-minute walk from Palma Port and a 17-minute walk from Palma Yacht Club. Excellent location!!! Great places to eat! You can walk easily up and down. You can ask for more coffee capsules-sugar in the front desk. Smiley faces, great staff, Mathias gave us a great welcome, Irene was at the check out. The building is lovely! Gracias

The accommodation is equipped with balcony, a dining area and seating area with a flat-screen TV. A refrigerator and coffee machine are also provided. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower and bidet in every unit, along with free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are offered. The location was perfect - within walking distance of all the clubs but far enough that you didn’t hear any of the music, or struggle with crowds when returning at night or wee hours of the morning. The breakfast every morning was outstanding. But most of all, the staff were unbelievably amazing. So supportive, helpful, kind, funny, enjoyable. They provided the best advice, helped get taxis, went the extra mile for us, and were the best staff I’ve ever encountered in an accommodation.
