Stunning surroundings, the host was exceptional to the point he even ground us some fresh coffee and brought it to the lodge as we hadn’t brought any. The lodge was extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained. Our host was welcoming and friendly with lots of advice as to what walks and activities were available. The view from the cabin was stunning, it looks down the Loch and you can hear the water lapping up around the rocks below it as you relax in the lounge area. There was parking next to the lodge and the lodge itself was warm throughout our stay (November) as were the showers in both bathrooms. The lodge was very well stocked with towels, blankets and all the small things that make life that bit more comfortable when you’re travelling. I must thank our host for making our stay so pleasant. I’d happily recommend this lodge and will hopefully be back sometime soon.

Location location location!! Great coffee, good bed and the loveliest of people Looking after us! Thank you all! We loved the community spirit in the village. Everybody looks out for one another and works together to give eachother’s guests a welcome. We rented a boat which was great to see the lake. Had pizza in the Shore House itself and had a good bar meal at the Goil Inn. Beautiful surroundings! Great Wifi! So much to do in the area. You can easily spend a week here! Great breakfast cooked with love and quality products. Nice communal areas to relax outside of your room.

Situated in Luss in the Argyll & Bute Region, 38 km from Glasgow, Culag Lochside Self Catering features views of the mountains. Free private parking is available on site. Being so close to Loch Lomond with your private access to the water was definitely the highlight of our trip! The views from the cottage were unbeatable as well! Patrick, our host, was very friendly and welcoming during our stay. Moreover, a huge shoutout and thanks to Patrick for being so helpful when my dad had forgotten something in the room and had to pick up at night.
