All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. There is also a fridge, kitchenware and a kettle. At the bed and breakfast, the units include bed linen and towels.
Booked this accommodation for a member of staff, upon arrival unable to gain access to property, unable to get through to owner but spoke to someone coming out of property and they advised a fob was needed so had no choice but to book another accommodation, on trying to obtain a refund from Owner/booking.com I had no reply from owner and Booking.com advised that they were unable to help due to our office not calling until a couple of days after the booking was made and advised we should of called prior to our check in, how does this make sense

Perfect location within walking distance to Grand Central! Staff were all very lovely and organised a taxi for the early morning. Very clean and gorgeous rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything! Wonderful hosts who met us with an ice cream and some other welcome goodies, and were helpful throughout our stay. Their cottage is in a beautiful quiet spot on a working farm, with no road noise and relaxing views - our family loved the horses etc. and the sunsets. Was spacious for our needs with two good-sized bedrooms, and well set up for small children with a stair gate and a guard on the log burner. We leave with great memories, will be recommending to people we know and would love to come back ourselves.

We booked Warwick conferences- Scarman for my son's graduation. Perfect location for those attending similar occasions at Warwick Uni. Good sumptuous English breakfast. Cosy,clean & comfortable rooms with WiFi

Great location for Utilita arena, canals, seaside, broad street and further exploring. Trams and buses stop outside. Smells very clean in reception and public areas. Easy book in and out. Breakfast good with large choice of hot and cold food with it being replenished regularly through service. Good strong shower and also good sized bath, water can be as hot as you like not just warm like some hotels. Room large, bed comfy, seating in room, toilet and bathroom separate.
