The staff were very helpful too; they helped us reserve massages, a scooter rental, airport shuttle service, and a one-day tour to the east coast. We stayed at three different hotels (in Kuta, Ubud, and here) during our trip and this one was our favorite.

In the end my taxi didn’t arrive one guy from the front desk spontaneously gave me and my luggage a bike ride to the harbyand mad sure that I won’t miss my boat. This is the most friendliest gesture.
