Everything was spectacular, private parking, restful and spacious clean room with shower and bath, incredible breakfast, hosts were hospitable and friendly. The garden view and fresh apricots were something else - no words for the beauty. To top it off it is the perfect location for exploring Viterbo.

The room was simple and had everything you need for a quick stay. The man who met me at the gate (don't go to the gate, there's a walk-way that my tired eyes didn't see) was so sweet. The grounds are beautiful, everything was so quiet, the sunset was amazing, and there are kitties on the property.

Perfect location for walking Via Francigena. Clean and comfortable room and our host Sylvia was great letting us check in early, giving us recommendations for restaurants and showing us the bar where we had breakfast which opened early which was a bonus so we could beat the heat.

Host made check-in and check-out easy and was able to accomodate the times that worked for us. The property is in the old part of Viterbo, perfect location to walk to all the typical interest points for visitors like us. Public free parking is only 300 meters from the property.
