Newly built (Dec 2024) and well maintained. There are 3 houses, each containing 2 rooms, so 6 rooms in total. Very friendly and welcoming staff, walking distance to Nilaveli beach (700 m), clean and spacious rooms with high ceiling, wonderful food.

They keep the rooms clean everyday, organize hostel meals and social evenings, and just make you feel at home. Been there for almost a week after extending my stay three times. On top of everything the host is AMAZING - he's not only a great guy and a really good person but he literally did everything and even more to guarantee us a lovely stay and a wonderful holiday, could not thank him enough for that!

Clean, calm, comfortable room with big clean open air bathroom. Its the best place in Trincomalee - truely comfort and relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, tea pot in room, beautiful garden sitting area - all was perfect. Friendly staff. Also good location - 5 min walk to beach, and a lot of good cafes and resturants around. We stayed here for 2 nights and then try to go to other place, but we return to stay one more night because its most comfortable place.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

The property is very nice and a very short walk to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean and there is a large rack for drying wet clothes and towels as well as several clotheslines on the property which was very helpful. The restaurant on site had great food and was very reasonably priced. Jey and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! You will definitely feel well looked after. I would definitely stay here again!
