The owners are great, they make sure you have a perfect time. The apartment is great, we didn't even expect to stay at such a nice place for 25 euros that we later regretted not planning to stay for a few more days earlier. I can bet you wouldn't have any expectation unmet. The place is kinda in the middle of where the bus station and old town center is. Ulcinj is definitely worth visiting and while you are at it, don't bother to search another place. 10/10. If we ever come back we will make sure it's gonna be a couple more days and in Kenzy Apartments.

Our stay at KAAB was absolutely wonderful. The family who owns it are incredibly warm, helpful, and truly dedicated to their guests. KAAB is beautifully designed and decorated with impeccable taste.
