An amazing place to stay on Isla Holbox! The room was super clean and fresh. The place is very well organized with great staff! The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

Located on the shores of Bacalar Lagoon, this hotel offers its guests complimentary American breakfast, private pier area and Wi-Fi access in the common area. This place is simply amazing: great spacious design villas in the jungle with amazing bathrooms and lovely patios. The restaurant food is great. The walking tour in the jungle was an unforgettable amazing experience. The pier on the lake is relaxing and peaceful and no boats are passing so very quiet.

Offering direct access to Playa Norte Beach, on the beautiful island of Holbox, Holbox by Xaloc features luxurious rooms and bungalows with terraces. We booked for 2 nights. Ended up staying an extra 2 nights. Great service. Must say, we were very impressed with the cleaner, took his time. Making sure it was spotless, 10/10.

The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

Everything was amazing. Since the first day while waiting for our room to be ready Adrian from the bar was the nicest guy, bringing us the best cocktails and making us feel like home. The hotel is so beautiful and has the best lake view. Breakfast is great and the rooms very comfortable. We definitely going to come back here we loved it!

The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.
