The classically decorated guest rooms have private bathrooms and free WiFi. Some rooms are located in an annex and some feature canopy beds and private balconies with fjord views. We spent a romantic week in Hjelle hotel. Owner was very kind and helpful, the place is simply wonderful, food and serving was exquisite.

We may have gotten an upgrade since the apartment we ended up with didn't seem to be the one in the listing pictures but it was very large and very well decorated. The parking garage was unavailable during our stay but an alternative parking spot was provided so no issues for us. Check in instructions were very clear and easy. Location is approx. 2km walk from the centre but it was a nice walk. Bus service is also an option. Nice view from the deck and the apartment windows.

Activities such as cycling, fishing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. A water park and a children's playground are available at the apartment, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. The apartment is centrally located. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Bryggen, and there is a good supermarket (Kiwi) along the way. The most important bus lines run through an avenue that is less than a block away. For example, I used a local car rental company that gave me a significant discount for picking up the car in Nesttun. I got on a bus that pretty much took me there door-to-door. Despite its proximity to Bryggen, the area is quiet inviting to a nice rest. Sandviken is a pretty neighborhood, and you should not miss the view from Sandvikenpilen. Regarding the apartment itself, we liked the social areas, the well-equipped kitchen, the main room, the bathroom and the convenience of the laundry.

We came to Krokane about 2,5 hours too early, and he arranged, that we got our bungalow two hours early. Camping area, bungalow and the view were so beautiful that it almost took our breath away. In addition to everything wonderful our daughter's fiance fished a mackerel. We hiked to the Brandsöyåsen and truly enjoyed the panoramic views of the fjords. Krokane camping and Florö exceeded all our expectations.
