Staff was really nice and helpful. They have a Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs where you can store your luggage for the day after check out. So cute!

It really feels like visiting a friend and staying at a very cosy home. The room was super spacious, super clean and the beds have been super comfy. Staff was also really nice.
