All was great, but the most greatest thing is staff. This is the first hotel where you can be driven to the city centre for free just because of unlimited kindness of personal, especially, Filipe! Furthermore, during our stay my brother had strong allergic reaction and we didn’t have a medicine for that. Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

It is also just 1 minute on feet from the beach and the port. The hotel was recently renovated but it keeps all the old fashion (but with the most modern comforts!!). The breakfast is amazing!! But, above all, the staff is ready to help you for any needs (transfers, restuarants booking, tours organization)!

A new and modern hostel, that feels more like a nice hotel that happens to have bunk beds! The dorms have their own ensuite bathrooms, fluffy white towels and crisp bed linen provided. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is very central, just mind that the road is quite busy so it can be hard to stop directly in front of the hostel. Had a wonderful stay here, and returned for my last couple of nights before leaving the Azores!
