From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade, a free drink at the bar, and bottled water in our room. Our fourth-floor room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a minibar, kettle, and espresso machine, along with a generous supply of complimentary teas, coffees, and replenished water. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the reception team, who were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent guidance day and night. The only area for improvement would be the bar service. On one occasion, I was told there was no Grappa, only to find it myself. Another time, I ordered a specific type of Port from the menu but received a different one. A bit more training for the bar staff on available selections would make the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return!

The property has atraditional exterior, which was fully renovated, and is at just 300 metres from Commerce Square, which overlooks the Tagus River. Location excellent, right in the center, close to every major attraction and metro station. The apartment is super clean and is furnished with everything you need for a short stay. Fresh bread ,croissants and pasta de nata is given every morning,left outside the door. While the fridge is stocked with all kinds of food for breakfast. The bed and pillows are comfortable and it’s really quiet at night. The staff is kind and helpful for every request. By far, one of the best accommodations in Lisbon!

With a colourful and classic façade, as well as a modern interior décor, the 4-star Hotel da Baixa enjoys a prime location in Lisbon's historic downtown area. Featuring a restaurant and a bar, it just 200 metres from Rossio Square a short walk from the iconic Santa Justa Lift. The staff were warm and helpful, very accommodating. The room was exactly what I needed and there were thoughtful details. The location was ideal, downtown and walking distance to all central locations. Road is currently being trialled for a pedestrian area so if you’ve large bags you would have to walk 5 mins on foot with them to reach the hotel.

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. Staff were excellent. I asked to have my room changed and the manager immediately took care of this. Clean and slick hotel.
