The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including hand written notes and daily chocolates. The front desk was super helpful. Location great - close to all we needed but not in the midst of the busy areas. We would definitely stay there again.

The property has atraditional exterior, which was fully renovated, and is at just 300 metres from Commerce Square, which overlooks the Tagus River. We came with a baby (6 months) and received a baby crib and tub. Lovely breakfast to the door room every morning The staff was amazing they gave as everything we ask for And the location is great! The room is big and had everything we need in it We surely will come again :)))

Sometimes 10 is not enough :) When the location turns out to be the best that can be expected, when the room looks even better in reality than in the pictures, when the breakfast is varied, so delicious and generously served, when the service exceeds all expectations and beyond, and when the service manager - Pedro conduct over all of these, and he does it with sensitivity, a smile and endless patience , you feel that this wonderful place must be rated above the possible 10.

The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially as it was at last minute that we booked the apartment. The location of the apartment is excellent. Definitely will recommend it.

Excellent location, large rooms, air conditioning well enough, very clean, warm staff. Mamas dinner is great for meeting people. The pub crawl was also amazing(we were around 90 people!). Highly recommend
