The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an absolute beachfront property situated on Bangsak beach, a long stretch of coastline off the Andaman Sea, just a 90 minute drive from Phuket International Airport. We loved everything about the property! It was clean, spacious, the gardens (decorative and kitchen) were gorgeous! The staff were amazing: friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Moracea by Khao Lak Resort offers 5-star beachfront accommodation situated on gently sloping Khao Lak Hill. Boasting a spa and sea-facing outdoor pool, it has a fitness room and an on-site restaurant.

The Malila offers international food by the beachfront with views of the open kitchen where guests can enjoy fresh seafood dishes. The room we stayed in was out of this world our little bit of luxury, situated perfectly for our trip to Khao lak. Right on the beach and walking distance to the food market and restaurants. Hotel couldn’t do enough for us, even when we checked out we left our luggage there overnight while we went on an overnight trip and returned the following evening to our next destination.

The resort boasts a 3.2 km lagoon pool. This Christmas, we had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Khao Lak, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable holidays we’ve had. I’m Italian, traveling with my family who came from Italy, along with my husband’s Irish family. We were looking forward to spending some time together in such a beautiful place, but had no idea just how special things were going to be. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s setting was peaceful and stunning. But what truly stood out was the food. The quality was excellent from the very first meal. Every dish impressed us, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Silvano, one of the Italian chefs, came over to introduce himself. Silvano was warm, genuine, and made us feel at home right away. He shared his story of coming to Thailand, his passion for cooking, and his commitment to quality. It felt like he wasn’t just serving us food, but taking care of us like family. On Christmas Day, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Enzo, who was just as attentive and thoughtful. Both chefs made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality and personal touch made the experience feel truly special. Leaving JW Marriott Khao Lak is bittersweet. We’re incredibly grateful for the great food, warm hospitality, and memories we’ll cherish. We can’t wait to return.

Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. The resort also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Location was beautiful. We really enjoyed eating our meals at the edge of the beach. The resort was spotless and there were always sunbeds available to us. The staff were lovely. I would highly recommend a stay there and look forward to returning myself.

All guest rooms at the accommodation come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a safety deposit box. Pool area was great along with access to the beach.

Room is quite, very clean and modern, bed is very comfortable, AC works well, Shower area has space and places to organize clothes, etc. The external area is the most beautiful place you can imagine to stay! The restaurant is very convenient, food is great and prices are correct. It's 5 minutes walking from the beach and few more minutes walking to the place in the main street where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, stores and massages. Although hotel is in the main street, rooms are in the interior side so atmosphere is clam, silent and peaceful. Bonus to the staff: helpful, kind and ready to solve any problem. I ordered a few packs on line to be delivered at the hotel and staff delivered directly to my room. Can't say how much I loved this palce!

It was an amazing place to stay, beautiful rooms, great location and wonderful staff. We also had the added bonus that we could use the facilities from the Sands by Katathani. The staff would even drop us via golf cart up at the main road to get dinner/shop!

The hotel features a hot tub, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi throughout the property. Very quiet and small! Staff was incredibly nice and they also have motorbikes on site for rent! 150 baht/day for the motor bikes (~$4.50USD/day). Great location, within 5-10 minute motorbike ride to “main drag” of town or the beach!
